Gochujang Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Gochujang Paste
  • 3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Tamari

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Use less Gochujang paste for a milder sauce and more for a spicier sauce.
    When cooking the sauce will thicken up as the liquid evaporates.
