Sweet and Sour Sauce
Cornstarch Slurry
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Water
Sweet and Sour Sauce
- ⅓ cup Ketchup
- 7 tbsp Rice Wine Vineger
- 3½ Ounces Granulated Sugar
- Salt to taste
To a sauce pan add the following ingredients, Ketchup, water, Rice Wine Vinegar, Sugar and Salt. Bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer and let it reduce by about half.
Once it has reduced slowly add the cornstarch slurry until it reached the desired consistency.
